Important requirements to host our events...
While all out equipment and materials can be carried up steps - we do, however, have a pool table which measures 7x4x3.5 feet in dimension and weighs 230kg which is too heavy to lift and is wheeled into the centre using our special adapted trolley.
Please ensure that your centre is able to accommodate the points below in order for an event to take place.
- Our site is accessible from a point that we can park our van using the trolley. (i.e. being able to wheel the table from the van to our site).
- If we are required to use a lift - then the lift must be able to accommodate a table seven foot by four foot in dimension. Bear in mind that the doors need to be large enough to be able to manoeuvre the table in and out.
- That we are able to set up either in the morning or the evening prior (during closed hours).
- Parking - we do not use external removal or installation companies due to their high costs - we have a Renault Master van which we use to transport everything and due to the size, we are often unable to find anywhere to park close by.
