Charity Exhibitions Terms and Conditions

The term "Charity Exhibitions", "Sport Exhibitions Ltd", "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 108 Weston Road, Meir, Stoke on Trent, ST3 6AL. Our company registration number is 6665320. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.


  1. General Terms & Conditions

    The General Terms & Conditions are universal within our sites, and apply to, as well as, the Terms & Conditions below.

  2. Shopping Centre Terms & Conditions

    These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to Shopping Centre Events. However, the General T&C still apply.

    1. The Prizes on offer during the shopping centre events are;
      1. Win 1 frame to win a signed T-Shirt and Certificate
      2. Win two consecutive frames to win £25
      3. Win three consecutive frames to win a brand new 7’ Supreme Winners Freeplay Table
      4. Win four consecutive frames to win a holiday for two adults to Brazil, USA or South Africa (see °4)
      5. Win five consecutive frames to win a brand new car
    2. On the following conditions;
      1. Minimum donation per frame is £3.
      2. A frame of pool may be played for less than a £3 donation at the player’s discretion. However, the challenger then waives all rights to any claim on the prizes on offer.
      3. A challenger is not restricted to a certain number of frames, except for when a challenger°8) wins, in which case from that point a maximum of five more frames may be played, per day.
      4. No professionals°6 or Internationals°7, past or present are eligible for prizes.
      5. Upon winning a prize, the player must enter their relevant details into our system. The player agrees that Charity Exhibitions may use and announce their name and details on our website, or anywhere else in relation to the prize they have won. Refusal to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
      6. These offers are not available in venues outside of shopping centres.
      7. Any form of cheating will result in the loss of the frame and the challenger subsequently banned from taking further part in any events, and no monies will be refunded.

  3. Win a Prize Terms & Conditions

    These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the prizes on offer (excluding Shopping Centre Prizes - Section 2 through 2.2.8.

  4. Pub, Club & League Exhibition & Prizes Terms & Conditions

    These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to pubs, club and league exhibitions and the prizes on offer (excluding Shopping Centre Prizes - 2.4.2 (Check)

    1. Win 1 frame to win a signed T-Shirt and Certificate (see °1)
    2. Win 3 consecutive frames - Win £30 - This applies to any three consecutive frames won during the first 25 frames played during an exhibition. (see °9)
    3. Win 10 (ten) out of the first 25 (twenty-five) frames during an exhibition and the venue that hosted the exhibition will be entitled to a dual-exhibition with Carl Morris and Phil Harrison. (see °10)
    4. Win 13 (thirteen) frames out of the first 25 (twenty-five) frames during an exhibition and a brand new 6 foot or 7 foot Supreme Winner Freeplay Pool Table will be given to the winner of a draw consisting of only the challenger’s names who were marked down to play the first 25 (twenty-five) frames and also the Landlord or Landlady or Manager’s name, to be announced at the end of the evening’s exhibition. (see °3)
    5. Win 17 (seventeen) frames out of the first 25 (twenty-five) frames during an exhibition and a draw will take place consisting of the challenger’s names and also the Landlord or Landlady or Manager’s name at the end of the exhibition in which a holiday for two adults to Brazil, USA or South Africa will be presented. (see°4)
    6. All prizes on offer are only applicable to the first 25 frames played during an exhibition. Frames played before or after the exhibition does not count. Explanations for each of the prizes on offer can be found below;
    7. Out of the first 25 frames, no more than two frames may be played by a single player. Therefore, a minimum of 13 players are needed (12 players can play twice, and one player once).

2Twenty-five pounds sterling

3Seven Foot Supreme Winners Freeplay Pool Table. Includes 2 x pool cues, box of chalk, triangle and rest but does not include delivery. The Challenger, or any winner of any draws, are responsible for delivery costs. Option of a cash alternative of £300 can be taken.

4The challenger(s), or winner of any draws, have a choice between South Africa, Brazil or USA. Includes seven night’s accommodation, based on two adults sharing. Maximum of £100 per night (maximum total £700 for accommodation). Flights capped at £350 per adult (maximum total £700 on flights). Transfer to airport, food, drink, transport and any other costs to be met by the challenger. Option of a cash alternative of £1,000 can be taken.

5Any car up to the value of £8,000 can be chosen. Option to purchase a car that costs more than £8,000 is permitted, but the difference to be paid by the challenger. Cash alternative of £5,000 can be taken.

6The term, "Professional" applies to anyone who has been a professional with any cue sport body, past or present. This includes the IPA, BAPTO, Blackball, WPBSA, BPPPA, GB9BT and any other bodies that claim certain players as ’professionals’. Anyone found trying to claim any prizes while being a member, or having been a member, of any professional bodies will see legal action taken against them.

7The term, "International" applies to anyone who has been a professional with any cue sport body, past or present. This includes the IPA, BAPTO, Blackball, WPBSA, BPPPA, GB9BT and any other bodies that claim certain players as ’international’. Anyone found trying to claim any prizes while being a member, or having been a member, of any professional bodies will see legal action taken against them.

8The term "challenger" is given to a person who pays the required amount to challenge the professional, or has their name down for one of the first twenty-five frames during a pub, club or league exhibition.

9£30 sterling will be paid by cheque, within 14 days of the exhibition taking place.

10The dual-exhibition won will be performed as per our normal itineraries. However, this particular exhibition must take place between a Monday and Thursday, excludes December. At these particular exhibitions there will not be any prizes on offer.

11Accepted rules are as follows;

  • EPA (English Pool Association rules - otherwise known as "World Rules"
  • Blackball Rules
  • Old EPA Rules (as indicated in the pre-1997 EPA Rules)
  • BAPTO (British Association of Pool Table Operators rules)
  • No other rules are accepted - it is the challenger’s responsibility to know these rules before they take on the challenge.
